My family wants to *build* a MOUT airsoft feild on their land, in East Texas.?

It will be a large playing field (5 or 6 acres) with some open areas but mostly wooded. We want this to realistic to a war scenario. there will be creek crossing, fox holes and blown up trucks among other things. Please airsoft players tell me what you'd like to see on a MOUT field.
