Credit Card: NEED HELP ASAP!!!! (10Points)?

So; I think I've been victim to a scam website which I stupidly gave my details to, I've called my bank and they said that the team that deals with this is closed. Once the procedure is finished; will i have the same number?? Since I'm paying mortgage and various other things that will require ALOT of paper work all over again?!
