University - Financial Advice?

I am financial unable to support myself at University, Student Finance England pays me the bare minimum which doesn't even cover my rent, let alone utilities bills. I have eaten �1246 out of my overdraft and my bank will not increase until I am in the second year at University. My parents have a mortgage to pay and are struggling to make ends meet themselves. Can somebody please give me advise as to how to survive 3 months with �4 in my bank account, as it stands I'm thinking of dropping out of Uni, despite the fact I am on course for a 1st.
