Why do fools blather Repubilcans are Responsible for US National Debt though attributable almost fully @ Dems?

It's only attributed to Dems, because when a reps in office & raises the debt it's blames on the Dem house, not the rep senate or presidency. And when a Dems in office, it's blamed on the president, regardless of the republican congress
