Park in/near Stonyfell?

I once went to a park in or around the area of Stonyfell - it had a small playground and a creek running through it with a bridge over it, its most defining feature would most likely be the wombat statue in it. it would be rather brilliant if someone could give me the address or aproximate address/location of this park
