House has termites for four years, 3000sqft, mom doesnt fix cus no money! When will roof or structure collapse?

My mom doesnt want to fix it cus she is cheap, im scared at night that my bed will fall to the ground. The floor is old and creeks. When do you suspect the floor will collapse? What should plan of action be if we cant afford the fumigation for the whole house?
