Just girls in the family bachlorette party?
my sister is gettin married in june and I wanted to have a little "in the family" bacholorette party with me her and my other two sisters and mom. I wasn't sure whether to go to a spa for a day? that would be kind of expensive-well all the ones i have checked have been. would there be a nice place to go do? like stone harbor new jersey? deep creek? do you know of any little getaways we could go to just to go with all us in the family. i wanted to have a party with just girls before her bachlorette party with all her friends!

Building a house and builder is doing every outside the contract we signed can we sue?
we met with a builder to build us a house and we was going with the mortgage co he suggested which was a friend of his which we did go through her, but the mortgage lady tried to tell us we had to buy our rate of 4.7upfront for 1600.00, so we went to another bank and the builder got extremely angry at us for that because he have a signed contract with him and the house was a very inexpensive price that he is building for us and now that the house is up he is not doing anything that is in the contract we agreed on, he used a whole lot of damaged wood to build the house which a lot of it is split and many more things he is doing that is opposite of what we agreed on in our contract, and he is also using a fake non existing mortgage brokerage company with a non licensed listing agent on our contracts which is a co TREC contract (Texas real estate commission) we later found this out that the listing mortgage co does not exist and the listing real estate agent license expired over 2 years ago so he is doing everything wrong and using very cheap material on the house also come to find out he never turned in our earnest money we paid him to the title co he is holding the check so even after we found that out we went to title co and paid it ourselves and they got the execution signed contracts now at the title co and they cashed our check and it cleared our bank. so what is my rights and how can i sue this builder because of breech of contract?

The story is pretty complexed, but I'll try to explain the matter to the best of my capability. I'm nineteen years old and just got out of a relationship with a seventeen year old girl of almost two years. Around last April or so, she's had a cyber stalker. This person took over her Facebook account and email address, began to post horribly embarrassing and sexually explicit content on her Facebook page, sent out her cell phone number to people she did not even know, and has pretty much ruined her reputation completely. For some odd reason, her parents assume it has been me. Now, I have had no motive or desire to cause so much harm to a person I dated and loved dearly for a year and nine months. A week ago, the police came to by door with a warrant for my arrest for stalking. It was completely random and out of my element since me and this girl haven't formally communicated since the beginning of January. When I got to the Fulton County jail, that's when they laid down all of the facts. I spent two days in that hell hole and was lucky enough to post bail for $5,000. Tomorrow I'm having my pre-trail hearing at 9am to hopefully get this case dismissed. This girl's family is very wealthy and her father apparently has ties to the Johns Creek Police. I honestly don't even know how they were able to arrest me in the first place with out some kind of proof or probable cause. In all honesty, I'm scared shitless. I'm a black teenager who was dating a wealthy, white underage girl. Her family has been trying to keep us apart since the beginning and I feel like they may just be using this as an opportunity to succeed in that. They day I was released from jail her father filed a temporary restraining order against me. The document itself was ridiculous. He claimed that she is in fear for her life and the well being of her immediate family. I have done nothing for them to feel that way. Since summer, the girl kept our relationship a secret from her parents and we were on and off for a little while, but basically always together. I just need some encouragement, insight, whatever someone could tell to reassure me that things will be justified and okay. I can not go back to jail, I have way too much to look forward to as young as my life is, including college in the fall.

I filed for unemployment, but used the wrong employer's name for filing, how do I fix this?
I was being harassed on the job over the course of 10 months, and finally couldn't take it anymore an quit. I filed for unemployment shortly after, and used my company's name. Little did I know, my company didn't use the store's name, but another name, so now I don't know what to do. For example: I worked at European Wax Center, and used that name, but the company who wrote my checks to me was Blaker EWC LLC. Now they are trying to take me to appeals court, but from a European Wax Center from Walnut Creek (when I worked at the location in San Jose). How do I fix this? EDD doesn't answer any phone calls and I am annoyed because I know this is a clerical issue, and I have been receiving my unemployment, but if this company wins the case against me I have to refund EDD the money back. So I guess I have 2 questions: Will I win or lose the case because they think I am saying I was harassed at the Walnut Creek location, when it was really the location in San Jose? Are they appealing my claim because of the clerical issue or because they truly believe I wasn't harassed on the job site? I was sent the letter of appeal on 1-26-2011, and its now 2-10-2011 and haven't received any letter about my appeal court date.

i'm curious. Saturday me and 7 other friends were in the woods we had to cross a creek,or climb jagged rocks, and other things well we stoped and some of my friends wanted to jump the fence but they had to cut barbed wired we didn't have a knife or anything so they used random materials. While the rest of us took pictures on a log. Then my friend shouted "Y'ALL A MAN IS BEHIND YOU!RUN!" Not too far off a man with a beard and black hoodie was behind us me and my friends ran so fast.When we got to my friends yard we looked and you could see the man hiding behind a tree looking every so often,it was crazy. Here is a prime example:Unfortunately, the group i was assigned to work with in english class tends to express obvious displays of irrational thinking. On asking around for things to do it is replied"Well, um, there isn't anything you can do," and other equally unprepared statements. So i pick up my book and read. 30 minutes later, a group member at the apex of alertness implies that i am lazy, only to completely fall deaf to the two others playing a music video to my right. Another prime example, situated after i ask for someone to check what i sent them, only to be deftly ignored, asked what i had inquired, and deftly ignored in the middle of my response. I was told that another member(totally ignorant of this) will send me something, leaving me waiting for the email that will never come...until 2 in the morning. The "cherry on top," as they say, is how others produce neolithic grunts and shrugs, oblivious of any grammar mistakes even as i remind them in vain. Working with this group has really put the "Je ne sais quoi" in my life. it is akin to the splashdown method practiced widely by early spacecraft, violent but survivable. Another interesting observation is when i ask a question, they begin sentinces with unnecessary "um"s or simply shrug or say "i don't give a ****." When i ask them why they do this or attempt to explain that it is ilogical and nobody can understand them, they will repeat this unnatural behavior The question is, Why?

ok so me and my best friend have known each other since 2nd grade and are the bestest of friends, like conjoined twins or something. but in 7th grade she came over to spend the night (nothing new) and we stayed up really late talking about boys....then she said we should practice kissing, "just so we're ready" but instead we kinda.....had sex. so we decided that our relationship was to be top secret and we did stuff after school in her room and in the trailer behind her house. as we progressed we ended up trying something and it popped her cherry (on accident) she was pissed. but we just pretended like nothing happened or something and went on the next day. a week or two into it we were in the trailer and she was trying to get me to do stuff but i told her i didn't think i was gay and that i wanted to stop. she locked me out of the trailer and didn't talk to me till the next day and she didn't say a word about it. now we're in highschool (Jr. year) and we still haven't talked about it. she acts like it didn't happen. currently she's still a virgin and i've had sex with one boy. i only recently moved to her school so we have had much contact till this year but being back with her every day, spending the night and hanging out with her like 24/7 i think i mite be in love with her. i mean i've always loved her but as a best closest friend kinda way. and sometimes when we're laying in her bed just talking (no one else) it kinda feels like she mite still have feeling for me but i'm not sure anymore. and yes i've tried to talk to her about it but when ever i try to creep it into our conversation it seems she dodges it and she's embarrassed that she even did it in the first place. i don't know what to do?, i don't even know if i'm gay or not, im just really confused and could use some insites (btw im using my friends yahoo so no Avery is not gay, im just not bold enough to use my own name)
Logic puzzle help, extra credit for a really hard class !?
I work logic problems all the time,love them but, it is after midnight,need to get to bed. An easy way for you to do it is to make a graph. Put the persons name first, then list the pies, and then numbers 1-5. do this across the top and down the side, as you read put an X in the box that does not match the person ,pie or order. and a . in the right one. when puzzle is finished you have your answer. an example or two is you would put an X in the 2 after all males, because it tells you a man did not come in second. You would put a x in the 4 and 5 box across from calvin, because he finished threee places ahead of another person, put a X in the banana box for him. I wish I could do a graph for you. it is really easy if you can figure out what i mean.I am terribly sleepy and needto go tobed. Achilles heel cracking/creeking?
When you said "inflammed" you answered your own question. My guess is you simply have tendonitis in your achilles. I run cross country/track at the college level and I had the same problem a few weeks ago. The trainer at our school had me stretching it every day 3-4 times a day, icing it to help with the inflammation, and I would also suggest getting a "heel lift" for your shoe for whichever achilles is bothering you. It had the same "creeking" sound and feeling but it's completely gone now. Just make sure you stretch it and ice it every day to relieve the inflammation. Also standing on like the edge of the curb or something similar with your heel of the edge, and lower your heel and raise it 30 times/once a day to strengthen it. It's not long term if you treat it right ;p

Really creepy woods , what happened to my happy memories?
Well when I was 6 I always use to go on this trail with my older friend...we would cross the creek on a old tree that fell down. And play in the creek sometimes to , collecting the shells. And there was this trail surrounded by bamboo , it was really pretty , and when you go to the end it was a huge mud pit I loved to jump into and get dirty. It was always fun....now 6 years later after my friend went off to college , I went to the same place with my friends (Always bring a friend into woods , they die first in scary movies) well It was just plain creepy! The tree we crossed was gone (No clue how) so we had to walk through the shallow water in the middle of winter , and somewhere in the middle of the creek was a dead COW! We didn't notice it till it was a few feet away because it blended in so well , and it was eaten out on the inside...probably 500 lbs or more. Oh it was scary! So I found the place where the bamboo is , and there's a hunter thing where hunters sit in and shoot....its in camouflage and everything. So I urged on trying to see what I could remember , and I see a square camouflage tent in the woods...in the middle of NOWHERE (No one goes on that trail..no one knows about it..I know everyone in the neighborhood) so my friend looks in and there's a chair and a shot gun inside...I have no clue where the person who was in it went...and then we heard some four wheelers , growling , and dogs so we left in a hurry. The next day the tent and gun was still there but no sign of the person. Keep in mind all through the trails its criss crossed with a big creek. And we saw: Sonic bags , soccer balls , volley balls , toy guns , etc all through the woods , again in the middle of NOWHERE , what happen to the place I use to love? Now its the scary woods...What do you think?

Was it wrong for my baby to be put on a ventilater when he was born?
I had my baby at 30 weeks pregnant last July when I was 17 through an emergency c section. I didn't think I had any problems througout my pregnacy except the baby was a little small. A few days after he was born, he was diagnosed with a chromosomal disorder called Trisomy 18(down syndrome is trisomy 21 and trisomy 18 is worse). They told me he was lucky to be alive. Most people miscarried Trisomy 18 boys. The reason why I delivered early was b/c the day of delivery, they noticed a few things like contracted hands and the umbilical cord blood was going the wrong way and my placenta abrupted and I was having contractions. They cut my outside skin sideways but they had to cut my placenta like an upside down T because his head was up high. He came out and he wasn't breathing. So they put him on the vent eventually. He weighed 1 lb 14.5 ounces. He had to stay in the NICU. When he was almost three weeks old, he got a staff infection in his blood stream. He was still on the vent and had started taking a little breastmilk before but they had to stop it b/c of the infection. His chances to make it to age one was 10 percent and age ten was 1 percent. He had a few health problems and a couple of webbed toes and contracting hands and of course breathing problems. He had miniseixures too. He was a sweet little sick baby. He would open his eyes and look around and hold my hand. The last day he was alive, the nurses said he "pulled the vent tube out", so they put him on a cpap machine and he sats kept going down and down all day. I didn't want to put him back on the vent b/c they said he might start to feel pain and I did not want that at all. He died in my arms August 10,2010 when he was 27 days old. He let out a little cry(which I had never heard him do before) right before he passed. He is now happy and painfree in heaven. Some moms take the littlest things for granted. I got excited when I got to take his temperature or change his diaper. I only got to hold him three times. Some days, I couldn't even touch him. Anyways, since then I have had a lot of family problems. My mom hasn't accepted the situation(I am 17) and she hates my bf(I don't live with my parents anymore; I live in an apt that my bf pays for along with everything else). She has said some really really mean things. She calls me a whore and she says I'm crazy(when it is her who is acting crazy). She stole my phone(that my bf paid for and pays the bill) with a memory card with pictures of the baby and the only thing with my pregnant belly pictures on it. She says she threw the phone in a creek and she kept the card. On Jan 28, it was like she had evilness all in her. We were fighting in the living room and she was talking about how I let the baby(Elijah Tuck) suffer the whole time he was alive and that I shouldn't have kept him on the vent and gotten so close(I went and saw him every day and sang and talked and read the Bible). She says the nurses pulled his tube out, but it doesn't really matter. The doctors said he didn't feel pain. I'm sure he was uncomfortable often. But he had hope. I didn't want to just give up on him. When I realized his death was going to happen soon anyways, I let him go b/c I didn't want him to feel pain. I know he is better off with God. My question is How would you handle this situation? Also, My parents and brother and sister are going on a cruise next week to Cozumel. What do I do? They have booked me a spot, but I don't really want to go. I'm scared of getting trapped.

Well, here is a little bit of background information first off. My husband is 22 and I am 19. We got married and I lived in an apartment for a year while he was deployed to Iraq. While I was so anxious to buy a house and get out of the apartment, I am not sure that it was a good idea. We own a home right now that we bought this past October 2010. My husband recently just got an opportunity to start a business in another state, we are going to go down there in a few weeks to hash out all the details and decide if this is what we are really going to do. Now keeping that in mind, we have discussed putting our 4 br, 3 ba house for rent if we do move...my husband I both agree it would probably be best to rent in case the business tanks...but where we are moving to the prices of a rental are far more than buying another home. I am asking this because I have found what I would consider for about the next ten years my dream home. My husband is also allotted another 8,000 dollar tax credit until april, we already got one for this house, since we have a VA loan and he qualified within the certain time period. So what would you do? Rent an OK house while you go to school and work a job or would you get the dream home that is close to his sister down there (both properties are not far, but the one I want is about 5 minutes away). I just don't know what to do.....every time I bring up the topic I know that I shouldn't be talking about it but I can't help myself. Have a 600 dollar mortgage payment + make a profit of nearly 300 dollars on our house and my parents give us 300 dollars a month because we both go to school and my sister is in vet school...and we both make about 900-1000 dollars a week at this point. What would YOU do? (Also we would have to get some problems fixed with our current house before it could be rented, which will cost about 3-4k)
